Yes — everything here is completely free. Calls, 1-on-1 sessions, and in-person help are all provided at no cost, thanks to our volunteers and community partners.
No account is needed. To book a session we just ask for your name and a phone number or email so we can confirm. You're welcome to call the hotline without sharing anything in advance.
No problem at all. Just let us know and we'll happily reschedule for a time that works better. There's never any charge or penalty for changing your booking.
Yes. We have volunteers who speak several languages, and we can arrange an interpreter for your session. Just let us know your preferred language when you book.
A typical 1-on-1 session lasts about 30–45 minutes, but there's no rush. We'll take the time you need, and you can always book a follow-up if you'd like to keep going.
